"2010 Annual Forum of Yangtze River and Yangtze River Annual Person Award Ceremony" was ceremoniously held in Sanya, Hainan Province on January 22nd, 2010. Board Chairman of Far East Holding Group Jiang Xipei was invited to attend and make statement.

Jiang Xipei stated in the dialogue of "Green Leads the Future" that the persistence on low-carbon development and green economy had become a consensus of human society after the discussion at Copenhagen conference. On one hand, local governments should set aside the immediate vested interests, install environmental standards and increase renovation on polluting enterprises; On the other hand, Jiang Xipei took Far East carbon-fiber composite conductor as example to illustrate the key of developing green low-carbon economy was the development of new technologies. Enterprises should make use of advanced scientific and technological means to create a revolutionary, subversive alternative to the old high-carbon and high pollution products so as to change human lifestyles and build a harmonious society.
